THE BOOKING PROCESS

 

BOOKING

Once you have decided which trip you want to book, please fill out our booking form. You will need the passport details for everyone travelling with you. We will then reply to confirm your booking, and ask you to pay a 10% deposit.

If you wish to book extra nights at the hotel before or after your trip, you can request when booking, or later.

 

You can pay for your trip by credit or debit card, bank transfer or by cheque. We welcome bookings from overseas clients (indeed a majority of our guests are not from the UK), so please let us know if you have any questions.

 

When we receive your deposit, we will send you your tour dossier, with advice on preparing for the trip, packing list and your receipt.

TWO MONTHS BEFORE

Two months before the tour begins, we will send you a reminder to ask for the remainder.

 

ONE MONTH

We will send you your itinerary, with meeting details for the group and details of your tour leader.

 

CUSTOM TOURS

 

QUOTATION

If you are interested in a private/custom tour in Japan, then please fill in our quotation page. We will will be delighted to create a personalised itinerary for you or your group.

Once you are happy with the itinerary and quotation, we will ask you to fill out our booking page. We will then confirm the booking and ask you to pay a deposit of 10%. As soon as we receive your payment, we will start the arrangements for your trip and send you a receipt, as well as our dossier with information on preparing for your trip.

 

The booking process will continue as for regular tours (above).
